BITSAT 2011
Eligibility Criteria:
  • The candidate should have passed 12th examination from a recognized central or state board or its equivalent with physics, chemistry and maths and adequate proficiency in English
  • The candidate should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 80% in physics, chemistry and mathematics in 12th examination with atleast 60% in each subject.
  • Only Students who are appearing for 12th examination in 2011 or who have passed 12th Examination in 2010 are eligible to appear in the BITSAT-2011 test.

  • Deadline to apply for BITSAT-2011 is 31-Jan- 2011
  • Test center allotment and announcement to candidates is 15-Feb-2011
  • Candidates to reserve Test dates is 18-Feb-2011 to 10-Mar-2011

AIEEE 2011

Eligibility criteria:
  • The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent qualifying exam with 50%marks for general category and 40% for SC/ST/OBC/PH category.
  • Candidates appearing 10+2 in 2012 or passed in 2008 or before are not eligible for AIEEE 2011

  • Last date for submitting application form: 20-Jan-2011
  • Online submission of application: www.aieee.nic.in
  • Receipt of the application form can be checked online after 45 days from last date for receipt of application
  • Date of dispatch of admit card: 18-Mar-2011 to 31-Mar-2011
  • Entrance exam date: 1-May-2011

  • Dispatch of score cards: 13-Jun-2011 to 30-Jun-2011

AIPMT 2011

Eligibility criteria:
  • He/She should have completed 17 years on or before 31-dec-2011
  • The upper age limit for AIPMT is 25 years as on 31-dec-2011
  • The candidates must have passed in the subjects of physics, chemistry, biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum 50% marks together at the qualifying exam. Candidates belonging to SC,ST and OBC classes the marks be obtained 40% instead of 50%

  • Offline applications are available from 13-Dec-2010
  • Last day for submission of all application form is 31-Dec-2010

  • Preliminary exam is on 3-Apr-2011 and final exam is on 15-May-2011

JIPMER 2011

Eligibility criteria:
  • A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% aggregate marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST).
  • Those who are appearing for class 12th exams in 2011 can also apply. Also a candidate should have attained the age of 17 years before 31st December, 2011.

AFMC 2011

Eligibility criteria:
  • A candidate should be a citizen of India or be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan or a person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan or any other foreign country with the intention of permanently settling in India.
  • Must be unmarried. Marrying during the course is not permitted.
  • Should be medically fit as per prescribed standards by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Defense.
  • Must have attained the age of 17yrs on 31st Dec of the year of application, but must not have attained the age of 22 years on that date(Not more than 24 years in case of candidates who have passed or are appearing in final B Sc examinations).
  • Candidate must have passed all the subjects opted for in the first attempt of the qualifying examinations as a regular candidate with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken simultaneously and securing not less than 60% of the aggregate marks in these 3 science subjects taken together and not less than 50% marks in English and 50% marks in each of the science subjects. They must have also passed an examination in Mathematics of the 10th standard.

JEE 2011

Eligibility criteria:
  • Candidate belonging to GE, OBC and DS categories must be born on or after October 01, 1986 and those belonging to SC, ST and PD categories must be born on or after October 01, 1981
  • Must have passed the qualifying examination, namely, XII standard or any equivalent examination, after 1st October 2009 or in the year 2010 or will be appearing in 2011
  • candidates belonging to GE, OBC and DS categories must secure at least 60% marks and candidates belonging to SC, ST and PD categories must secure at least 55% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination
  • You can attempt JEE only twice, in consecutive years. That means you should have attempted JEE for the first time in 2010 or will be appearing in 2011
  • If you have accepted admission after qualifying in JEE in earlier years by paying full fees at any of the IITs, IT-BHU, Varanasi or ISM, Dhanbad, you will not be eligible to write JEE at all, irrespective of whether or not you joined in any of the programmes

  • Last date for receipt of duly completed application form from IIT is 20-Dec-2010
